We believe that it is really important to provide opportunities for pupils to have a say about their school. Pupil voice is the mechanism for pupils to consider what is good about their school and to consider ways that it can be improved.
Each tutor group will elect up to 2 pupil voice representatives. They will form their Year Council. Each half term the Head of Year will meet with their Year Council and will discuss issues relevant to that year group.
Each Year Council will then elect 2 representatives who will form the School Council. This group of pupils will meet with the Head of School on a regular basis to discuss the issues that have arisen from each year group, to consider the ways to improve the school and to evaluate any progress that has been made.
