Equality Policies, Objectives and Information
We pride ourselves on our inclusive approach to supporting students with both their academic and personal development. We are a community which values individuality in all its forms and our staff are committed to supporting all students regardless of background, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation.
Our Equality Policy sets out our commitment to eliminate discrimination, advance equality of opportunity and foster good relations. We recognise that this is an important aspect of the spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of our pupils.
Our Equality and Diversity in Employment Policy explains our approach to promoting diversity amongst our workforce.
