This morning Astley Sixth Form students were delighted to welcome Theresa, Rebecca and Robyn from Children North East. They let students know of their relaunched Youth Link Peer Mentoring programme where they train young people aged 17+ to support other young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain some worthwhile experience supporting people in our local community, and will also look great on any CV or job application.
