Apprenticeships in Civil Engineering

On Monday, Astley Sixth Form students were given an assembly on careers in Civil Engineering and Construction with Marion Boswell and Dan Weston from Morgan Sindall. They are working as the principal contractor for the new Northumberland Train Line that will be serving our community. As part of this multi million pound investment they will be building six new train stations and multiple bridges along the route. Morgan Sindall have many apprenticeship opportunities for young people who wish to work in the construction sector.
