Hilda, Sophie and Sam from Tharsus Robotics delivered an assembly to the Sixth Form students at Astley this morning. Tharsus manufactures technological solutions in a huge variety of market sectors including: Logistics & Warehousing, Healthcare, Agriculture technology & Food,Transport & Electrification,Energy & Renewables.
Sam is a former Astley Community High School student and has just completed his Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Electro-Mechanical Engineering and is about to embark on a Degree Level Apprenticeship. He thoroughly enjoys the variety of problems he has to solve as part of his working day. This is one of the many reasons that Tharsus are the Grand Final Winner of the Company of the Year at the North East Business Awards.
