We are very proud of our Duke of Edinburgh students who spent 481 hours volunteering between 1st April 2023 and 31st March 2024.
They have worked across a vast array of opportunities including Sports Leaders at our Middle Schools (supporting after school clubs in Netball and Dodgeball), Young Leaders at various Scout Groups, litter picking, supporting animal welfare at a local horse yard, helping younger children at sports clubs including Muay Thai, Football, Rugby and Cricket and helping in the school library.
Volunteering changes lives for the better – that’s why it’s an integral part of the DofE programme. It’s more than just giving your time; we hear thousands of stories from young people about how their DofE volunteering helped them develop a passion for a cause or learn new skills that set them up for their future.
