On Monday 30th September some Year 7 pupils enjoyed a visit to Nissan Motor Manufacturing UK to take part in their Engineering Discovery event. Pupils found out about the various engineer roles in car manufacturing, took part in an engineering challenge and had a tour of the trim and chassis plant to see Nissan models such as the Qashqai and Juke being assembled. The tour guides and facilitators commented on the enthusiasm, interest and positive attitudes of our pupils and a great time was had by all.
