  • Time management: Create a schedule to balance schoolwork, activities, and personal time. 
  • Set realistic goals: Break down large tasks into smaller, manageable steps. 
  • Limit screen time: Reduce excessive exposure to social media and electronic devices before bedtime. 
  • Do something you enjoy: Watch your favourite TV show, draw or listen to music. Meditating is also a great way to calm your mind, even just for 20 minutes a day.
