Helpful thinking!
The more you think in a helpful way, the easier it becomes.
A helpful thinking activity can get you into the habit of identifying negative thoughts, putting things in perspective, and focusing on things that have gone well.
- Each day for a week, take 10-15 minutes to write down 3 things that went well.
- Underneath each thing that went well, write what you did to make it happen.
- Try not to let negative thoughts get in the way.
