Year 6 have been enjoying reading Boy at the Back of the Class as part of their English lessons. To inspire their descriptive writing, the children tasted pomegranates and explored the sights, smells and textures of this unusual fruit. They will then use their experiences to help them write a vivid and engaging description of an unexpected journey.
