Whytrig Middle School has had great fundraising success in the Autumn term, especially when considering the size of our school. In November, we raised £608.79 for the Poppy Appeal, which was helped by the fantastic work in Year 5 and generosity of family and friends at the Remembrance Event on the 9th. We also raised an unbelievable £1922.27 for Children In Need this year, with some of the proceeds generated from the 'Do As You Like' sponsored activities as well as the extremely popular 'sponge the teacher'! And at the start of this month we also raised an incredible £974.31 at our Christmas Fair. We have decided to make a donation from the proceeds to Save The Children Christmas Jumper Appeal. Many thanks for all your support - it is greatly appreciated!
