Good afternoon,
Well, after two days of Covid LFD testing, we have managed to test 688 students across the federation. All of the tests were negative. This is a fantastic effort and should provide even more confidence to everyone that the return to school on Monday is as safe as we can possibly make it. I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff team who have conducted and supported the testing programme. In addition, a big thanks to the students and parents/ carers for ensuring that everyone arrived on time for their test. Virtually everyone we expected in school turned up, with only a few parents choosing not to have their child tested.
Please note that there is an issue with the Government system not sending out Covid test results. All tests taken today were negative.
