World Book Day got underway at Seaton Sluice Middle School on Friday 5 March with pupils joining in at school and at home.

Pupils and staff dressed up as their favourite book characters, a 'The Masked Reader' competition ran throughout the day, and there was a book-themed scavenger hunt in the library all day. Everyone had a marvellous time.
