The transition day in Year 5 was very exciting and the children enjoyed many activities. They played some 'Getting to know each other' games; did a treasure hunt around school by following clues and riddles then finally hunted down to find the mystery box! During the afternoon, the children discovered that someone was trying to poison their new teacher! They put on their goggles and did some life-saving scientific testing. The children have settled very well over their first 2 weeks and have become valued members of Seaton Sluice Middle School already.
