On the 6th January, Epiphany is celebrated in France to mark the day the 3 Kings visited Jesus. Traditionally, families eat gallette des rois - a tart made with puff pastry and filled with frangipane (almond cream). Inside, a charm or bean (une fève) is hidden, and the person who finds it in their slice gets to wear a paper crown and be the King or Queen for the day!
